Job summary

EAE USA seeks a Senior Project Engineer to act as the technical lead for major electrical power distribution projects, guiding engineers from pursuit through completion.

You will collaborate with Sales, Project Management, Manufacturing, Quality, Field Service, and HQ Engineering to deliver compliant, high-quality solutions on time. Mentorship and cross-functional leadership are core expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent with 5+ years of electrical design experience.
• Experience leading technically complex engineering projects and mentoring engineers.
• Strong knowledge of NEC, UL, ETL, IEC standards and power distribution systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the project-level technical lead for assigned Capital and Enterprise projects.
• Provide technical direction and mentorship to Project Engineers and Junior Project Engineers.
• Review drawings, layouts, BIM models, BOMs, and engineering documentation for technical accuracy.
