Job summary

Stanley Consultants is seeking a Principal Electrical Engineer with a background in power generation, relay settings, plant facilities design, and microgrid clients. The role leads design activities across projects and interfaces with clients and internal teams.

Location is flexible to any office location or remote work with a hybrid work model. The candidate will drive projects in Stanley’s Power Generation, Plant Facilities, and Microgrid sectors and contribute to high-impact infrastructure

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) Registration is required.
• 10+ years of relevant electrical design experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and layout of power plant sites, microgrids and distribution systems.
• Prepare schematics, wiring diagrams and equipment specifications.
• Perform design computations and report preparation.
• Coordinate technical efforts and manage budgets and schedules.
• Develop engineering drawings and perform field site visits.
