Job summary

Executive Alliance is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join its engineering team in a role spanning concept, design, and production of high-reliability power electronics for demanding environments.

The ideal candidate will design analog circuits, lead validation, and enable smooth production transfer while collaborating with mechanical, manufacturing, and quality teams in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• 7–10 years of relevant industry experience.
• Strong foundation in analog circuit design and power electronics.
• Experience with schematic capture and PCB layout tools (e.g., Altium).
• Experience with lab equipment such as advanced oscilloscopes with optical probes, spectrum analyzers, and power analyzers.
• Working knowledge of EMI/EMC principles and mitigation techniques.
• Ability to debug circuits and systems methodically and work independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test analog and power electronic circuits, including AC-DC and DC-DC conversion systems.
• Troubleshoot hardware issues at the board and system level, with root cause analysis and corrective action.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical, manufacturing, and quality assurance.
• Support transition from prototype to production, including documentation and test procedures.
• Participate in design reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of engineering processes.
• Engage with customers to support product development opportunities.
