Job summary

PENTA ENGINEERING CORPORATION in Johns Creek, GA seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer with 10+ years of progressive responsibility to lead electrical design for industrial plants. You will oversee power, controls, and automation projects, coordinate with staff and clients, and mentor junior engineers.

The role requires P.E. licensure, strong knowledge of NEC/IEEE standards, and willingness to travel domestically and abroad as needed. Relocation assistance may be available.

Qualifications

• Expertise in industrial plant power, controls, and automation systems.
• P.E. registration or ability to obtain across USA.
• MS in Electrical Engineering preferred or equivalent experience.
• Proficient with AutoCAD, Revit, and SKM Power Tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical design and engineering for industrial plant projects.
• Coordinate work with staff, clients, and contractors.
• Mentor staff, provide evaluations, and support CAPEX proposals.
• Develop equipment specs, I/O lists, and one-line diagrams.
• Travel within the US and internationally for project support.
