Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (any) or related field with 5 years of relevant experience; or Master’s with 2 years.
  • PLC programming/diagnostics experience with ladder logic, structured text, and sequential charts.
  • Knowledge of NFPA79 and safety standards; FDA/ISO regulatory familiarity.

Responsibilities

  • Provide floor support and troubleshoot complex manufacturing issues across production lines.
  • Apply Six Sigma, Kaizen, and DOE for process optimization.
  • Lead cost-reduction and efficiency projects with timely execution and regulatory compliance.
  • Represent engineering on teams for new product introductions and plant initiatives.
