Job summary

PRIME AE Group, Inc. seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer I (PE Level) to join our growing MEP team with Florida opportunities.

You will lead electrical system design for diverse building types and collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to meet project requirements and codes. Ideal candidates have 8+ years of electrical design experience, an active PE license, and proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, SKM, and lighting software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• 8+ years of experience in electrical system design.
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license in good standing (or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical system design from concept through final construction documents.
• Perform electrical analyses and calculations to support design.
• Coordinate with architects, ME&P engineers, and contractors to ensure integrated delivery.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal codes and standards.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers and designers.
