Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
• 8+ years of electrical engineering experience
• Experience designing PCBs from concept through production
• Strong knowledge of analog and digital circuit design
• Experience with complex equipment and multidisciplinary teams
• Willingness to travel up to 15%
• Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, testing, and release of electrical subsystems.
• Define electrical architecture, requirements, and specifications.
• Develop solutions to improve performance, reliability, manufacturability, and scalability.
• Drive electrical design decisions from concept through production.
• Support new product development and continuous improvement.
• Own PCB development from concept through release.
• Collaborate with manufacturing partners for DFM.
• Integrate electrical with motion control, robotics, and automation systems.
• Perform root-cause analysis and debugging of electrical circuits and systems.
• Lead design reviews and document engineering specifications.
