Job summary

H. T. PROF Group seeks an Electrical Engineer to design, develop, and test parts and to verify schematics and PCB layouts in our Endwell, NY facility.

You will debug hardware and software, perform PCB rework, soldering, and component replacement, and create scripts for firmware and test equipment automation while interacting with customers and vendors. A BS in Electrical Engineering and 1–3 years of related experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in relevant roles (co-ops/internships eligible).
• Experience with PCB design tools (Mentor PADS/OrCAD/Altium).
• Knowledge of C, C#, Python or FPGA is advantageous.
• Experience using test tools (meters, oscilloscopes, power supplies).
• Willingness to relocate near Endwell, NY and work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide electrical design, development, and testing of parts.
• Review and create schematics and PCB layouts.
• Debug HW/SW.
• Perform PCB rework, soldering and component replacement.
