Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to design electrical systems for xPL Offsite manufacturing components. You will develop single line diagrams, select equipment, and ensure safety and code compliance while optimizing for transport, assembly, and on-site installation.

The role requires a ABET-accredited EE degree with 6+ years of experience, strong technical writing, and familiarity with NEC/NFPA/IBC.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited Electrical Engineering degree required and PE licensure preferred.
• 6+ years in electrical design or related role.
• Strong communication and client-facing abilities.
• Proficient in producing engineering drawings and documentation.
• Familiar with NEC/NFPA/IBC and related codes.

Responsibilities

• Develop electrical designs for offsite manufacturing products and MV/LV systems.
• Create single line diagrams and select equipment, materials, and submittals.
• Coordinate with architects, structural, mechanical, and other engineers.
• Produce detailed drawings using BIM tools and standard engineering practices.
• Review vendor drawings and ensure alignment with project requirements.
