Job summary

Moffatt & Nichol is seeking a Senior Level Electrical Engineer to join our Seattle or Federal Way office. You will design electrical systems for large waterfront projects, including microgrids and offshore wind ports, and develop plans, drawings, and specifications across lighting, power, grounding, and control disciplines.

Responsibilities include advanced design calculations, contract document preparation, submittal reviews, and on-site observations, with strong focus on QA/QC and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
Master's degree is preferred.
PE license is required for Electrical Engineering.

Responsibilities

C ontributes to multiple/complex electrical designs for diverse waterfront projects.
Performs design calculations and develops plans for power, lighting, grounding, and control systems.
Produces detailed contract documents, cost estimates, and project specifications.
Reviews submittals and conducts site observations for electrical work and QA/QC processes.
