Qualifications

8+ years of experience in the design and consulting of electrical building systems.
Experience or strong interest in sustainable, net-zero design practices.
PE Licensure preferred, or EIT with clear path toward PE certification.
Technically focused with a passion for high-performance building solutions.

Responsibilities

Design and oversee electrical building systems for commercial, institutional, and sustainable projects.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project teams to deliver energy-efficient designs.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers, supporting their growth.
Contribute to the design of net-zero and high-performance buildings, integrating sustainable practices.
Prepare technical reports, design documentation, and system calculations.
Ensure all designs meet project specifications, client expectations, and industry standards.
