Job summary

Insight Global in Raleigh, NC is seeking an Electrical Engineer to design and support medium-voltage switchgear solutions, review diagrams, and create electrical drawings and BOMs. You will lead engineering deliverables, collaborate with manufacturing, service teams, and customers to resolve issues, and continue developing expertise in power systems and switchgear design.

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and 3–4+ years of MV experience are required; familiarity with AutoCAD

Responsibilities

• Design and support medium-voltage (MV) switchgear solutions for customers.
• Review electrical drawings, one-line diagrams, and technical specifications.
• Create engineering drawings, schematics, and bills of materials.
• Lead engineering deliverables to ensure projects are completed accurately and on time.
• Partner with manufacturing, service teams, and customers to resolve issues.
• Continue developing your expertise in power systems and switchgear design.
