Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related discipline from an accredited institution.
• Master’s degree in electrical engineering or related discipline preferred.
• Experience in electrical engineering design and product release processes.
• Experience with medium voltage products and design automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute design projects ensuring compliance with internal processes and standards.
• Create and approve electrical drawings including schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to support product release and industrialization.
• Perform design verification/validation testing to meet MV/LV standards.
• Drive documentation, product data, and schedule for customer orders.
