Qualifications

• 7+ years in direct experience or related product/system design.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is desirable but not required.
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with customers.

Responsibilities

• Design, engineering and support for electrical equipment products.
• Provide engineering input and support for production items.
• Manage various projects and track progress using Microsoft tools.
• Support customer and partner meetings as needed.
• Continuously improve processes and contribute to team innovation.

Skills

Deep experience with low, medium and high voltage switchgear

Experience with PLC hardware

Strong technical writing skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Ability to read and design to specifications

Familiarity with equipment qualification standards

Experience with communication protocols

Education

Bachelor of Science in Electrical, Computer or Mechatronic Engineering
