Job summary

Coffman Engineers’ Seattle office is seeking a dynamic Senior Electrical Engineer with 10+ years of consulting experience to lead design, analysis, and project delivery for internal and external clients.

In this role you will oversee a team, supervise at least four direct reports, coordinate with multi-discipline teams, and contribute to proposals and construction support. The position offers a salary range of $115,000 to $150,000 annually, plus comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field required.
• Washington PE registration required.
• Minimum 10 years of consulting Electrical Engineering experience.
• Experience supervising a team of at least 4 direct reports.
• Excellent leadership and supervisory skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Active industry involvement preferred.
• Design build and industrial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform consulting services for internal and external clients.
• Lead design, construction support, and project scoping/proposal writing.
• Manage multiple clients and multiple projects simultaneously.
