Job summary

Coffman Engineers is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer with 10+ years of experience to lead electrical design for large-scale projects, including data centers and energy facilities. You will design power, lighting, studies and coordinate with other disciplines, while guiding a multi-discipline team on complex assignments.

You will plan, schedule, and supervise major project phases, ensuring quality deliverables and effective collaboration with clients and partners.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Power engineering or related field.
• PE license in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical design.
• Knowledge of IBC, NEC, and US design standards.
• Excellent verbal, written, organizational, leadership, and time management skills.
• Experience working as part of a multi-discipline design team.
• Experience with electrical studies (preferably SKM, ETAP, Easy Power).
• Experience with AutoCAD/REVIT.

Responsibilities

• Provide electrical systems design including power, lighting, load calculations, electrical studies, and coordination with other disciplines.
• Assist or lead in project planning and develop project schedules.
• Supervise or coordinate the work of other professionals on assigned projects.
