Job summary

KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead full lifecycle delivery of midstream and downstream projects. You will oversee multi-discipline teams, set execution plans, and ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance from feasibility to commissioning.

The role requires 15+ years in industrial environments, strong EPC knowledge, and proven leadership of large capital projects; PE license is preferred. International coordination is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent; field may include Computer Science/Tech Mgmt with extensive experience.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive engineering experience in industrial/heavy manufacturing environments.
• Proven experience leading engineering teams on large-scale capital projects ($500MM+).

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-discipline engineering teams (process, mechanical, electrical, civil/structural, instrumentation & controls).
• Oversee engineering from feasibility through commissioning and handover.
• Interface with clients, licensors, OEMs, and external partners to present solutions and progress.
