TAI is seeking a senior electrical engineer to lead complex design projects from concept through completion. You will shape electrical solutions for industrial, infrastructure, and large commercial facilities while guiding multidisciplinary teams and ensuring scope, schedule, and quality objectives.
The role emphasizes leadership, technical decision-making, and collaboration with stakeholders. A PE is preferred, with 8+ years in electrical design and a strong background in NEC and construction
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; PE preferred.
- Minimum 8 years electrical design experience in industrial, infrastructure, or large commercial projects.
- 2+ years leading engineers and designers for drawings and calculations.
- Experience with NEC and electrical construction drawing sets.
Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and complete multiple electrical engineering projects with minimal supervision.
- Lead medium and large design projects with a team of engineers and designers.
- Direct engineers and designers for drawings and reports; manage scope, schedule, and budget.
- Act as SME for projects and coordinate with other disciplines.
