Job summary

TAI is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead complex electrical design and documentation. The role combines hands‑on engineering with project leadership, coordinating with clients and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high‑quality construction documents.

You will mentor designers and engineers while ensuring code compliance and project success. Ideal candidates hold a BS in Electrical Engineering, PE licensure is a plus, and have 8+ years of electrical design experience, including labs,

Qualifications

Requires 8+ years of electrical design experience across diverse project types.
Pharma/Biotech/Life Science project support experience with labs, datacenters, or hospitals is a plus.
Proficient in NEC NFPA70, LEED, ASHRAE, IECC, IGCC energy codes; capable of leading complex code-compliant designs.

Responsibilities

Lead design and delivery of complex electrical engineering projects and construction documents.
Direct and review design team work; monitor scope changes and extra services.
Coordinate project documents and reviews; mentor design staff and CAD designers.
