You will mentor engineers, drive interdepartmental collaboration, and ensure high-quality engineering execution while aligning with regulatory and safety standards.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering with 6–10+ years of experience, and US citizenship with ability to obtain security

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• 6+ years of progressive electrical engineering experience with leadership.
• Experience leading design and development of complex electrical systems.
• Strong understanding of electrical safety standards and quality systems.
• Ability to mentor engineers and drive cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Define system architecture and design approaches for complex electrical systems.
• Develop and test electrical components with full documentation of results.
• Plan and deliver engineering projects, ensuring requirements and standards alignment.
• Lead design reviews, assess risks, and guide integration across engineering disciplines.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners, communicating progress and requirements.
• Mentor engineers and drive continuous improvement in engineering practices.
