Job summary

Curtiss-Wright is seeking a Sr Electrical Engineer for our Bethlehem, PA on-site facility. You will lead the design, development, testing, and delivery of complex electrical systems from concept through production, acting as a technical expert and project lead while ensuring high-quality execution across the organization.

You will mentor engineers, drive design reviews, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• 6–10+ years of progressive electrical engineering experience with increasing technical responsibility and leadership.
• Proven success leading the design and development of complex electrical systems.
• Deep expertise in electrical engineering principles, design methodologies, and system integration.

Responsibilities

• Define system architecture and design approaches.
• Develop and test electrical components, perform simulations and analyses, and conduct experimental testing with full documentation.
