Job summary

Reworld is seeking a Principal Electrical Engineer to lead electrical design for capital projects and facility upgrades. You will drive design standards, support outages, and mentor engineers across the network, ensuring robust electrical systems and reliable operation.

You will collaborate with project managers and operations to deliver high-quality designs, supervise cross-functional teams, and act as a subject-matter expert for electrical engineering within Reworld.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 10 years engineering experience.
• Registered Professional Engineer or the ability to obtain licensure is preferred.
• Experience with High, Medium & Low Voltage distribution systems and large power plants.
• Experience with One Line/Three Line Diagrams, DC Control Schematics, wiring diagrams and related electrical design.

Responsibilities

• Electrical design for capital projects and facility upgrades.
• Electrical design support for planned outages and equipment troubleshooting.
• Lead cross-functional teams and drive technical standardization as SME.
• Mentor junior engineers and share best practices across the network.
• Develop/Review design documents and specifications for HV/MV/LV systems.
