Job summary

Whitman, Requardt & Associates, LLP in Baltimore, MD seeks a Senior Professional Electrical Engineer with broad expertise in complex building systems, including mission critical facilities and LEED-certified buildings. This onsite role requires a Maryland PE license and an ABET-accredited degree.

The senior engineer will lead medium to large projects, mentor junior staff, develop fee proposals, and manage project budgets while collaborating with clients and project teams.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited BS in electrical or architectural engineering is required
• Maryland Professional Engineer (PE) licensure required
• 16+ years of relevant progressive experience including lead engineer/project manager roles
• LEED BD+C preferred and experience with government/military facilities
• Proficiency in ETAP or SKM and Revit for lighting and power design
