Qualifications

• B.S. in Electrical Engineering required. M.S. is desirable.
• Experience with 480V power distribution and large industrial facilities.
• Travel up to 30% annually to manufacturing locations.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of engineering projects from feasibility to design, procurement, construction, start-up and optimization.
• Develop and manage scope, budget, schedule and safe execution for wood products manufacturing projects.
• Lead relationships with customers, stake holders and diverse cultures.
• Define roles and responsibilities and lead project teams, contractors and consultants.
• Provide technical and supervisory expertise for capital projects.
