The role requires 10+ years in industrial electrical engineering, with strong NEC/NFPA/OSHA knowledge, and experience in leading cross-functional teams and reviews.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressively responsible electrical engineering experience in manufacturing or similar industrial environments.
• Experience with electrical power generation and distribution systems.
• Ability to interpret one-line diagrams, electrical studies, and equipment specifications.
• Strong knowledge of NEC, NFPA, OSHA electrical safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as site technical authority for electrical systems and guide Engineering, Maintenance, Operations, and contractors.
• Develop multi-year electrical infrastructure roadmap including asset lifecycle planning and modernization.
• Review and oversee electrical studies and project deliverables for alignment with site needs and standards.
• Mentor engineers and promote electrical engineering standardization across ASR.
