Job summary

Your Talent Team is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer with 10+ years of experience in electrical design, project management, and technical leadership. The role covers leading power systems design across commercial, manufacturing, institutional, and government sectors in Baltimore, MD.

You will mentor engineers, manage multiple projects, and oversee drawings, specifications, and codes while collaborating with clients and other disciplines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• 10+ years of electrical engineering experience.
• Strong background in power systems and electrical infrastructure design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SKM, ETAP, or similar software.
• Knowledge of NEC, IEEE, and applicable electrical codes.
• Demonstrated project management and team leadership experience.
• Strong communication, analytical, and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical power distribution and building systems design.
• Manage multiple projects, budgets, schedules, and engineering teams.
• Oversee technical drawings, specifications, and code assignments.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, contractors, and engineering disciplines.
• Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership.
• Support business development, client engagement, and proposal preparation.
