Job summary

Engineering Resource Group, Inc. seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead power distribution design for industrial facilities and major maintenance projects. You will develop construction documents for medium voltage systems and lead schematic and panel layout work.

You will also perform field verifications, coordinate with contractors and vendors, and manage project resources across teams, ensuring NEC/NESC compliance and high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications

• BS Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience) is required.
• Minimum 10 years of electrical engineering experience in an industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide power distribution design and project engineering for industrial facilities.
• Produce construction document packages for medium voltage systems.
• Develop schematics, one-lines, panel schedules, wiring diagrams, and BOMs.
• Perform field inspections to verify site conditions and compliance.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and external resources on multi-disciplinary projects.
• Review shop drawings and submittals; ensure conformance with specifications and standards.
