The role focuses on electrical system design, control panels, MCCs, and VFDs for diverse manufacturing clients, with mentoring of junior engineers and startup support. The position emphasizes electrical engineering and panel design over PLC programming, offering a hybrid work arrangement and strong compensation.

Qualifikationen

• BSEE or BSEET from an ABET-accredited institution.
• 5+ years designing industrial control panels, MCCs, VFD systems, or automation-related electrical systems.
• Experience developing electrical schematics, panel layouts, and bills of material.
• Knowledge of NEC and industrial electrical design standards.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Aufgaben

• Design PLC control panels, MCCs, and VFD systems.
• Develop PLC I/O schematics, panel layouts, and BOMs.
• Coordinate with clients, internal engineering disciplines, and contractors through project execution.
• Lead portions of projects and provide technical guidance to junior engineers.
• Promote and uphold Matrix safety standards and engineering best practices.
• Support installation activities, startup, and I/O verification.
