Job summary

Matrix Technologies in Overland Park, KS is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to design electrical control packages, develop PLC I/O schematics, and create motor control solutions for industrial clients. The role blends independent work with teamwork on multi-disciplinary projects.

You will apply NEC, NFPA, and UL standards while coordinating with clients and contractors. A BSEE/BSEET with EPC experience is preferred, and up to 25% travel is expected.

Qualifications

• BSEE/BSEET from ABET-accredited college or university.
• NFE/PE certification preferred.
• EPC project experience preferred.
• Experience with AC/DC motor drives, PLCs, HMIs, MCCs, and industrial control networks.
