You will design, evaluate, and control quality, applying scientific and engineering methods to deliver reliable national security products.

The role requires 6+ years of engineering experience, an ABET-accredited BS in engineering or physics, and U.S.

Qualifications

• Ability to travel up to 15% of the time.
• Ability to work remote, hybrid, or on-site as directed by management.
• United States Citizenship and ability to obtain DOE clearance.
• Regular and reliable attendance is essential.

Responsibilities

• Acts as authority within area of expertise with wide versatility of experience and capability.
• May perform project planning and manage resources to achieve quality, delivery and cost objectives.
• Monitors electrical testing of products and troubleshoots test failures with stakeholders.
• Writes technical reports and updates specifications with experimental results.
• Transitions concepts from design to production coordinating multiple functions.
• Leads developing operating procedures, work instructions, and inspection criteria for new products.
• Plans and performs engineering testing using advanced methods to solve manufacturing problems.
