The ideal candidate has a PE license, 12+ years of experience, and proficiency in REVIT/AutoCAD, NEC/NFPA/IEEE codes, and specialized design tools. Hybrid schedule offered; U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical or architectural engineering from ABET-accredited institution.
• 12+ years of facility electrical engineering design experience.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required.
• Proficient in REVIT/AutoCAD.
• Strong knowledge of NEC, NESC, NFPA, IEE codes.
• Experience with AGi32, Elum Tools, SKM Power Tools, ETAP or EasyPower.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Excel & Word.
• Willingness to travel.
• U.S. Citizenship required for client projects.

Responsibilities

• Design electrical systems for facilities including Government and private clients.
• Provide conceptual and detailed design for power/ site distribution and emergencies.
• Prepare calculations, reports and specifications.
• Meet with clients to validate proposed scope of work.
• Prepare fee proposals for engineering design work.
• Coordinate with other disciplines to meet schedule and budget.
• Write and edit specifications.
• Lead and mentor junior engineers and designers on local team.
