Job summary

LMK Recruiting Solutions represents a ground-floor healthcare robotics startup building an autonomous pharmaceutical dispensing system. You will own end-to-end electrical subsystem design, from requirements to production bring-up, in a regulated pharma context on a first-of-its-kind platform.

As a Senior/Staff Electrical Engineer, you will drive schematic and PCB layout, select components for safety-critical hardware, perform testing, and collaborate with firmware and mechanical teams to ensure

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of hands-on electrical engineering experience across multiple development cycles.
• Experience taking complex electrical subsystems end-to-end from blank-page requirements through production bring-up.
• Strong proficiency with schematic capture, PCB layout, and BOM management.
• Familiarity with EMC, safety, or environmental compliance.
• Experience in regulated pharmaceutical environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own electrical subsystems across power distribution, motor drives, sensor interfaces, and mixed-signal circuits from requirements through production bring-up.
• Create and maintain schematics, PCB layouts, and BOMs, driving improvements to design, documentation, and test standards.
• Evaluate and qualify sensors, actuators, and power components for a regulated environment.
• Define and execute testing specifications to guarantee functionality and safe operation; document findings and lessons learned.
• Investigate and resolve hardware issues across prototyping and production phases, including signal integrity and thermal management.
• Collaborate with firmware and mechanical engineers to define interfaces, connectors, harness routing, and test plans.
• Apply DFM/DFT and supply chain considerations to ensure production-readiness from day one.
