Qualifications

• 10+ years of applicable experience.
• Strong background in motion control, power electronics, and embedded systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior member of the Electrical Engineering team, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to develop and deliver critical product enhancements and next-generation robotic systems from concept through production.
• Support multiple concurrent R&D initiatives while collaborating with global technical teams to achieve program objectives and project milestones.
• Drive improvements in product quality, reliability, and performance across the Pharmacy Automation portfolio through a combination of hands-on troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and innovative electrical engineering solutions.
• Develop electrical solutions for both new and sustaining products, including manufacturing test systems, automated test applications, system diagnostics tools, monitoring capabilities, and support for existing PCB designs.
• Create, maintain, and release technical documentation supporting hardware development, system integration, manufacturing, and service activities.
• Provide technical leadership and support for regulatory compliance and certification activities across multiple product lines.
