Job summary

Queue is seeking a Senior/Staff Electrical Engineer to own end‑to‑end electrical subsystem design for its autonomous robotic pharmacy system. You will drive from requirements through schematic, layout, prototyping, and production bring‑up, shaping hardware architecture and engineering standards in a regulated environment.

You will collaborate with firmware and mechanical teams, apply DFM/DFT, and address signal integrity, thermal, and EMC challenges to deliver production‑ready designs with

Qualifications

• Own the end-to-end design of electrical subsystems for a robotic pharmacy system.
• Develop schematics, layouts, BOMs and drive production bring-up with rigorous documentation.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of electrical subsystem design from requirements through production bring‑up.
• Create and maintain schematics, PCB layouts, and BOMs with standardized documentation.
• Evaluate and qualify sensors, actuators, and power components for regulated pharma use.
• Define and execute testing specs across subsystems; document findings and lessons learned.
• Investigate hardware issues across prototyping and production, including signal integrity, thermal, EMC.
