WHOOP is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our Continuous Improvement team in Boston, MA. In this role, you will drive electrical enhancements for our hardware, focusing on quality, reliability, and cost improvements. You'll collaborate across teams to tackle complex engineering challenges.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and at least 4 years of relevant experience, particularly in consumer electronics. We offer a competitive salary range of $130,000 – $185,000, along with equity and benefits.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience, preferably in consumer electronics.
• Familiarity with ECAD tools and ECAD processes.
• Hands-on lab experience with standard electrical debug tools.
• Experience in hardware in mass production.

Responsibilities

• Own electrical continuous improvement initiatives for hardware.
• Design and validate schematic changes.
• Lead root cause investigations for issues.
• Work cross-functionally with various teams.
