  • Collaborate with cross‑functional engineering teams to define requirements, execute verification and validation plans, and resolve technical issues throughout product development.
  • Support new product introduction (NPI) by partnering with manufacturing, supply chain, suppliers, and contract manufacturers to ensure successful product launches and high-volume production.
  • Research and evaluate new components, technologies, and design approaches to improve product performance, manufacturability, and reliability.
  • Up to 15% travel domestically and internationally to partners, suppliers, and contract manufacturers.
Qualifications
  • BS or greater in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 2+ years experience in relevant fields.
  • Strong understanding of electrical engineering fundamentals, including analog and digital circuit design, power management, signal integrity, and common communication interfaces.
  • Experience with schematic capture and PCB design using ECAD tools such as Altium or equivalent.
  • Hands‑on laboratory experience with soldering, oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, and other electronic test equipment.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong commitment to embracing and leveraging AI tools in day‑to‑day tasks, ensuring AI‑assisted work aligns with the same high‑quality standards as personal contributions.
