Nexamp is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join the Clean Energy Deployment team in New York. Your responsibilities will include reviewing project designs, providing technical expertise, and assisting with the commissioning of distributed energy resources.

Qualifications

• 6+ years electrical engineering experience, including 2+ years PV experience.
• Strong knowledge of electrical principles, including medium-voltage distribution.
• Demonstrates command of engineering fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Specify and review equipment shop drawings for major electrical equipment.
• Perform advanced electrical modeling in ETAP and AmpCalc.
• Provide technical support to commissioning.
