Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical engineering operations to meet on-time, budgeted goals.
• Handle complex projects to scale suppliers and modify production lines.
• Evaluate equipment and advise management on acquisitions.
• Coach junior colleagues and allocate project work to contractors.
• Lead projects across multiple manufacturing sites globally.
• Participate in design reviews for new devices and DFx.
• Maintain supplier relationships for robust manufacturing and quality.
• Provide SME support to resolve complex manufacturing issues.
• Coordinate updates to senior management on critical projects.
