Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering with 8+ years experience (or associate degree with 10+ years).
• Ability to plan, manage multiple projects and lead medium to large initiatives with disciplined PM tools.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Experience mentoring engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams on new equipment design and implementation.
• Develop processes for new equipment and ensure regulatory records.
• Manage product introductions and design transfers to manufacturing.
• Document plans, budgets, scope and status for leadership.
• Travel about 10% for vendor visits and site travel.
• Support and lead investigations of manufacturing processes and CAPA.
