Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Electrical Engineering with 6+ years of experience; master’s preferred.
• Experience manufacturing and qualifying IC-based chips in semiconductor environments.
• Experience across multiple manufacturing modalities and with contract manufacturers.
• Experience in front-end and back-end wafer processes.
• Strong understanding of supplier relationships and quality controls.
• Ability to lead cross-functional projects and work both independently and in teams.
• Familiarity with cGMP, FDA and ISO regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical engineering operations to meet time, budget and goals.
• Manage complex projects, scale new suppliers, and modify production lines.
• Evaluate equipment and recommend the best options for operations.
• Coach junior colleagues and allocate project work to contractors as needed.
• Lead projects across multiple manufacturing sites globally.
• Participate in design reviews and design-for-manufacture activities.
• Develop strong relationships with component suppliers for robust processes.
• Provide SME support for resolving manufacturing issues and updates to senior management.
