Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering with 6+ years experience; MS preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing & qualification of IC-based chips in semiconductor environments.
• Experience with multiple manufacturing modalities.
• Experience in front-end and back-end wafer manufacturing processes.
• Experience working with contract manufacturers and suppliers.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and leadership.
• Familiarity with cGMP, FDA and ISO environments.

Responsibilities

• Leads electrical engineering operations within own job area to ensure timely, budget-compliant results.
• Manages complex projects for scaling new suppliers and modifying production lines.
• Assess equipment characteristics and advise management on optimal purchases.
• May coach junior colleagues and allocate project work to contractors.
• Independently lead projects across multiple manufacturing sites globally.
• Participates in design reviews & design for manufacture of new devices.
• Owns relationships with component suppliers to ensure robust processes and quality controls.
• Provide SME support to resolve complex manufacturing issues.
• Coordinate updates to senior management on critical business projects.
