Job summary

Acloché LLC in Central New York is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join a growing manufacturing team. This hands-on role offers end-to-end product development in a collaborative engineering environment.

You will design, test, and refine embedded controls, review electrical schematics (Altium or OrCAD), and drive cross-functional projects from concept through production. Hybrid schedule: 1–2 remote days per week with profit sharing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in electrical design and development.
• Strong knowledge of analog/digital circuit design, microcontrollers, and component-level troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Design, test, and improve embedded electronic controls.
• Collaborate on new product development from concept through production.
• Create and review electrical schematics (Altium or OrCAD preferred).
• Evaluate test plans, perform peer reviews, and ensure product reliability.
• Lead troubleshooting to the component level for production and service support.
• Participate in cross-functional project management and continuous improvement initiatives.
