Job summary

Talent Solutions Partners is partnering with a Central NY manufacturer to hire a Senior Electrical Engineer. This hands-on role emphasizes embedded controls, analog/digital circuit design, and end-to-end product development in a vertically integrated environment.

You will design, validate, and review schematics (Altium or OrCAD), troubleshoot down to the component level, lead cross-functional projects, and mentor other engineers, with a hybrid schedule and profit sharing tied to company

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in electrical design and development.
• Strong knowledge of analog/digital circuit design, microcontrollers, and component-level troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Design, test, and improve embedded electronic controls.
• Collaborate on new product development from concept through production.
• Create and review electrical schematics (Altium or OrCAD preferred).
• Evaluate test plans, perform peer reviews, and ensure product reliability.
• Lead troubleshooting to the component level for production and service support.
• Participate in cross-functional project management and continuous improvement initiatives.
