Saint Cyr Partners in Central NY is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join a growing manufacturing team. This role offers a hybrid work schedule with 1-2 remote days per week and a hands-on, end-to-end product development environment.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of experience in embedded electronics, strong analog/digital circuit skills, and proficiency with microcontrollers and schematics tools. Collaboration across functions is key, with leadership growth potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in electrical design and development.
• Strong knowledge of analog/digital circuit design, microcontrollers, and component-level troubleshooting.

Responsabilités

• Design, test, and improve embedded electronic controls.
• Collaborate on new product development from concept through production.
• Create and review electrical schematics (Altium or OrCAD preferred).
• Evaluate test plans, perform peer reviews, and ensure product reliability.
• Lead troubleshooting to the component level for production and service support.
• Participate in cross-functional project management and continuous improvement initiatives.
