Job summary

KingRecruitingServices is partnering with a Central NY manufacturer to add a Senior Electrical Engineer to their expanding team. This hands-on role offers ownership of embedded controls from concept to production in a collaborative environment.

The position features a hybrid schedule with 1-2 remote days per week, profit sharing, and opportunities to lead projects and mentor other engineers. You will design, test, and review schematics using Altium or OrCAD and contribute across the product

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in electrical design and development.
• Strong knowledge of analog/digital circuit design, microcontrollers, and component-level troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Design, test, and improve embedded electronic controls.
• Collaborate on new product development from concept through production.
• Create and review electrical schematics (Altium or OrCAD preferred).
• Evaluate test plans, perform peer reviews, and ensure product reliability.
• Lead troubleshooting to the component level for production and service support.
• Participate in cross-functional project management and continuous improvement initiatives.
