Sun Recruiting, Inc. is recruiting a Senior Electrical Engineer for our Central NY partner, a growing manufacturer in the Syracuse area.

You will design embedded electronic controls, test hardware, and shepherd products from concept to production in a collaborative, hands-on environment. The role offers hybrid scheduling with 1-2 remote days weekly, a profit-sharing plan, and opportunities to lead projects and mentor engineers as you expand your technical responsibilities across diverse products

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in electrical design and development.
• Strong knowledge of analog/digital circuit design, microcontrollers, and component-level troubleshooting.

Responsabilidades

• Design, test, and improve embedded electronic controls.
• Collaborate on new product development from concept through production.
• Create and review electrical schematics (Altium or OrCAD preferred).
• Evaluate test plans, perform peer reviews, and ensure product reliability.
• Lead troubleshooting to the component level for production and service support.
• Participate in cross-functional project management and continuous improvement initiatives.
