SourcePro Search, LLC seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer in NY to design, test, and optimize embedded controls within a hands-on, end-to-end development environment spanning concept through production. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in electrical design and development.
• Strong knowledge of analog/digital circuit design, microcontrollers, and component-level troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Design, test, and improve embedded electronic controls.
• Collaborate on new product development from concept through production.
• Create and review electrical schematics (Altium or OrCAD preferred).
• Evaluate test plans, perform peer reviews, and ensure product reliability.
• Lead troubleshooting to the component level for production and service support.
• Participate in cross-functional project management and continuous improvement initiatives.
