Talent With Heart is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join a growing Central NY manufacturer in a hybrid role. Expect hands-on, end-to-end product development across a variety of electronics in a collaborative environment with growth opportunities.

The position offers a step up in technical ownership, potential leadership tracks, and a profit-sharing bonus tied to company performance. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of electrical design experience and strong analog/digital design

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in electrical design and development.
• Strong knowledge of analog/digital circuit design, microcontrollers, and component-level troubleshooting.

Responsabilités

• Design, test, and improve embedded electronic controls.
• Collaborate on new product development from concept through production.
• Create and review electrical schematics (Altium or OrCAD preferred).
• Evaluate test plans, perform peer reviews, and ensure product reliability.
• Lead troubleshooting to the component level for production and service support.
• Participate in cross-functional project management and continuous improvement initiatives.
