Job summary

RRC Solutions Group is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer in Central NY to join a hands-on, collaborative engineering team. The role supports embedded control design across the product lifecycle and offers hybrid work with some remote days.

You will design, test, and iterate on electronic systems, influence design decisions, and help mentor others as part of a growth-focused engineering culture. 145k-160k annually, performance-based profit sharing included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• 5+ years of electrical design and development experience.
• Strong knowledge of analog/digital circuit design and microcontrollers.

Responsibilities

• Design, test, and improve embedded electronic controls.
• Collaborate on new product development from concept through production.
• Create and review electrical schematics (Altium or OrCAD).
• Evaluate test plans and ensure product reliability.
• Lead troubleshooting to component level for production and service.
• Participate in cross-functional project management and continuous improvement.
