Job summary

MTSI, near Wright-Patterson AFB in Ohio, seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead design, development, testing, integration, and sustainment of weapon systems, avionics, and communications. Emphasis on DoD processes, system-level test and evaluation, and cross-team collaboration.

Ideal candidate holds a Master’s in Electrical Engineering or a BSEE with extensive EE experience, plus TS clearance eligibility.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (MSEE) with 10+ years of EE experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) with 18+ years of EE experience
• Active Top Secret clearance eligibility for SCI and SAP access

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across complex hardware and software design efforts
• Support aircraft software and hardware development activities
• Contribute to systems engineering tasks including requirements management and test/evaluation
• Coordinate with government leadership, development teams, vendors and users to align solutions with mission needs
• Identify and communicate project and system risks
• Create and maintain engineering documentation for the program
